Executive HR appoints Kelly Williams as HR Director
Following our launch last month, we are thrilled to welcome Kelly Williams to the team, who joins us as HR Director.
Kelly brings a wealth of international experience, over two decades. Her career spans the NHS, Welsh Water and international corporates, where she has operated at Board level across Europe, the Middle East and East Asia.
She has successfully led transformation programmes in highly unionised, complex environments, with a portfolio that includes TUPE transfers, post-merger integrations, large-scale restructures, and operational HR delivery.
Kelly’s pragmatic, people-focused approach has earned her industry recognition, including being named HR Director of the Year at the HR Excellence Awards. Known for aligning HR strategies with measurable business results, Kelly will support our clients who are navigating workforce challenges and changes.
